Public Offer

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Yakubouski, registered in Georgia (identification number 345638679, registered on 26 April 2022 by the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry), legal address: Georgia, Batumi, Alexander Griboedov St. 32, apt. 20 (the Author), to enter into an agreement for participation in the online course Baseline (the Course) on the terms set out below.

Sending a request and paying an invoice for a module means that you (the Student) accept these terms in full. The agreement is concluded at a distance; no paper version is required.

The Author provides the Student with access to Course modules: eight online modules of three days each, held approximately every one and a half months. The topics and programme of the modules are published on this site.

The price of one module is 150 US dollars. Each module is paid separately, before it starts, on the basis of an invoice issued by the Author and sent via PayPal or Wise. No payments are taken on this site.

Payment of an invoice confirms the Student's place in that module. Modules are not sold as a bundle, and no advance payment for the whole Course is required.

After payment is received the Author sends the Student the schedule and the details for joining the module by email or Telegram. Access is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.

If the Author has to move a module to other dates, the Student is offered the new dates or a refund of the payment for that module. Requests to cancel participation are considered individually: write by email or on Telegram before the module starts.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and EEA: you may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of paying an invoice without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to pavelyak.design@gmail.com or on Telegram. The payment for that module is then refunded in full by the same method within 14 days.

If the module starts within those 14 days, by paying the invoice you ask for the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends. If you withdraw after the module has started, you pay a proportional amount for the days already delivered; once the module is fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

All Course materials belong to the Author. The Student may use them for personal learning only; publishing, reselling or sharing the materials with third parties is not allowed. Work created by the Student during the Course belongs to the Student.

The Author is not responsible for the Student's results, which depend on their own work, or for interruptions caused by third-party services such as internet connection, video platforms or payment providers. The Author's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid for the module concerned.

This agreement is governed by the law of Georgia. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; if that fails, they are heard by the competent court at the Author's location. Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence.
