The site itself has no forms and collects no personal data. When you write on Telegram or by email, we process the data visible in that conversation: your name, Telegram username or email address and the content of your messages.
To issue an invoice and enrol you in a module we ask for your full name, email address and, where required for the invoice, your country of residence.
We use your data to answer your request, issue invoices for course modules and give you access to them. The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you, or steps taken at your request before entering into it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Answering general questions relies on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Enquiries that do not lead to enrolment are deleted no later than twelve months after the last contact. Data of enrolled students is kept for the duration of the course and afterwards for as long as Georgian accounting and tax rules require invoices to be stored.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Messages on Telegram are processed by Telegram; email is processed by Google (Gmail). Invoices are issued through PayPal or Wise, which process your payment data under their own privacy policies.
The controller is located in Georgia. Data of residents of the EU and EEA is therefore transferred outside the EEA; the transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and the controller (Article 49(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

The site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.
